I started looking into Meditation to help with my ADHD and after countless false starts I still find it a challenge. At the same time I pulled in tools from Minimalism and Essentialism so I lump it all into Mindfulness. I try hard too:
- Take a Meditation moment daily - even if it's just sitting in my car for a minute before work
- Monthly Massage
- Monthly 60 minute Sensory Deprivation [ie Float Tank]
